Life is complex. Your care should bring you clarity.
We all move through evolving relationships, demanding careers, growing families, and communities that shape who we are and who we’re becoming. It’s easy to feel out of step with the world around you, or even with yourself.
I work with people in those moments of transition and tension—when what used to work isn’t working anymore, and the next step feels uncertain. Whether you’re starting a new chapter or facing one you didn’t expect, our work together can help you make sense of where you are and support you in discovering your own path forward.
My background in community-based psychiatry has shown me how deeply our mental health is shaped by the environments we live in. We don’t experience emotions in a vacuum; our well-being is tied to the systems, relationships, and cultures we navigate every day.
In a world full of distractions, it can be hard to slow down and listen to yourself. I've found that mindfulness—simply paying attention with care—can help create the space we need to understand what's really going on.
I bring that understanding into my work with each patient, looking at not just what’s happening internally, but how you are both shaped by and responding to the world around you—and how to take your next steps within it.
My approach
I offer thoughtful, individualized care that blends psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness-based practices, and medication management when appropriate. Some patients come in seeking relief from specific challenges, things like sleep disruptions, a low sense of motivation or energy, or constant worry. Others want to understand longstanding patterns or explore deeper questions about identity, relationships, and purpose. There's no one-size-fits-all path.
Together, we’ll work toward clarity, resilience, and balance and toward a more grounded sense of self, even in the face of change.
